Tehan is the best boxing player at the ‘School Boy Boxing Championship in the year 2020. He represented the Sri Lankan Schoolboy Team at the Schoolboy Boxing Championship in Kuwait City 2019.

A very young Boxing player Tehan is learning at the Veyangoda Bandaranayeka Central College. He is a proud student at his school. Tehan will face his advanced level examination in 2021.
